Any financial support given to the film with help us with:
• Production costs to interview the amazing professionals in the food world who knew and were influenced by James Beard including Alice Waters, Ted Allen, Larry Forgione, Wolfgang Puck, Jacques Pepin and Judith Jones.
• Post-production costs; which include (but not limited too) on-line and off-line editing, sound mixing, music acquisition and composition.
• Licensing historical images and archival film footage.
• Distribution costs and DVD creation
• Marketing and promotion costs
• Food and Film Festival entry fees
